I got a reminder from my calendar but there’s no show link in the app calendar. All FW social media still talking about a streaming partner so I’m a bit confused

Did anyone get their membership card ? I know it’s a only a daft piece of plastic/card that means nothing, but if it was offered as a membership perk , it’s a bit off that it’s then not actually delivered

Do you know when Home Truths will be added ? I know I’m being impatient and sound ungrateful for the other content but it’s the one show I missed the premier of because it clashed with another livestream

I thought all the summer showdown shows were being added at the end of the event , just like with the resurrection event ? There’s another clash on Monday too 😞

I’ve got the same problem and I’ve recently bought the vip/lifetime membership so I think this is just a mistake/bug rather than anything to do with tiers . Hopefully it gets resolved soon 🤞

Thank you for taking my concerns seriously. I had a bit of a think and decided to sign up anyway, because at an early bird price, I get it would be almost impossible for you to have a cheaper price for an online only tier.and as you say , the main benefit is the lifetime membership rather than the added extras . But maybe it could still be considered for when the price increases to its full amount x

Hi Ellie, thanks for you reply, and for clarifying . It’s reassuring to hear that no ads and catch ups will remain for all, not just vips. I get it must be hard to find something that would appeal to everyone . I will be cheeky here and repeat one of my requests from the survey- would you guys consider launching an online only vip tier that was slightly cheaper that only included stuff like the Q and A’s and not the in person tickets ? I get it’s for a lifetime membership, but for someone who would be physically unable to use the in person benefits of tickets - I know NextUp film across the country but not all venues have stair free access or wheelchair spaces,and public transport can be a challenge- an online only level would make me feel more like I had taken advantage of a great deal allowing me to continue being part of the NextUp community rather than feeling like I was missing out/excluded by my disability .
