Bio
Mersey-side born comic Jordan Brooke’s shows are character driven, inventive, and often absurdist. Inspired by the Dutch absurdist Hans Teeuwen, Brookes claims he likes to ‘wreak confusion and instability’ over his unsuspecting audiences.
His second Edinburgh show The Making Of draws on his experiences of an absent father and is as big on ‘physicality as it is on verbal humour’.
His 2017 show Body of Work was a tribute to his Nan who passed away at the age of 95. He is currently working on his show for the 2018 festival.
