We all need to remember:

1. Next Up is a *very* small business, not a TV Channel. We are in it to support them as they support the UK stand up comedy scene, because we love the UK stand up comedy scene, not as customers who are always right.

2. The Edinburgh Fringe is knackering. The people who will be manicuring and uploading these shows are the same people who were trying to live stream experimental comedy from vaults with 10 feet thick walls, two storeys below the Royal Mile, on patchy WiFi, at midnight.

3 It actually takes a day to get from Edinburgh to the South of England, where, for economic reasons, most of those in the comedy industry feel compelled to reside.

If we can see the shows that we missed during the Fringe at some point over the next few weeks then that is a great bonus. But Next Up have to put a few shifts in to make that happen, the featured comedians have to agree to it, and we have to be patient!

Basically: please give them a few hours to sleep, and I am sure they will do their best!
