NextUp you keep leaving us members waiting around for unacceptably long periods of time with no communication when shows are delayed or cancelled.

It is extremely disrespectful and unnecessary.

You owe your members an apology.

If you have any modicum of professionalism or decency you need to do a lot better in future.

Absolutely, it's unnecessary for them to be so disrespectful. I emailed them about that last year and got a very generic 'we endeavour to appear to care about our members' basic reply. Evidently they don't care enough to show us much respect. I'm sure they will have lost quite a few members for this reason.

Karen Donald Yes, exactly! I don't think they realise how annoying it is and how disrespectful they seem by ignoring us all. It really wouldn't take much to put a message on here when there's a delay or cancellation.
