Agree with comments on the lack of clarity on the VIP' offering. Perhaps you can at least respond to comments in previous posts and improve the existing system. Why are there no expiry dates on live stream catchups and shows and where are the promised recordings of the q&a's from tarot, max and Ivan and others!?

Also I've asked this question in the post above but no-one has replied. When will the resurrection Q&As be available. Particularly the two without sound that we all missed. Thanks

Hi, please can you add an expiration date for livestream catchups. It just says 'available for a limited time' which isn't helpful. Also if any shows are being removed from the platform please can you flag these in advance so we can watch them before they are removed.

App on the android plays up when watching live streams. It just stops for no reason. Doesn't happen on the Web browser so definitely not a connectivity issue.

Ooh nice as missed a few. When will the Q&A be available? Especially the two where the sound didn't work.
