Hi there is something wrong with the Bill Murray catch up it’s saying my subscription doesn’t cover watching it, obviously I have got a membership please can someone address it or clarify please

Hi, just a bit of feedback. I'm using NextUp on my laptop. When you're logged in, I would have expected the homepage to be a selection of stuff to watch. Maybe there are reasons why it's not this, but within the way it is, when you click on Start Watching, it jumps you down the page to sign up, which if you're logged in doesn't make sense because you've already signed up. Maybe if you're logged in, clicking on Start Watching could take you to the On-Demand page.

Also, I think it would be helpful if when you go to watch a video, the date it was recorded is shown with the description.

Hi guys I mentioned this on the live stream but the catchup for 03/04/26 is still frozen after Sam Dobson so I can’t watch Nathan Caton headlining. All my devices I normally use won’t play so it’s not my end.

A Really Positive Experience With NextUp Support

I wanted to share something that might help anyone who suddenly finds their NextUp access blocked, especially if you’re a Lifetime Member like me.

I recently hit a glitch where the system thought my membership had expired and locked me out. Not ideal, but honestly, the support team were brilliant from the moment I reached out.

They restored my access straight away, explained what was going on behind the scenes, and reassured me that I won’t be asked for payments in the future. I also messaged them on Instagram and they were just as friendly. They let me know a few people have had the same issue and their IT team is already working on a proper fix.

I’ve always loved what NextUp does. I work in live events as a lighting engineer, often alongside video and streaming techs, so I really appreciate the craft behind their live streams and the way they support comedians and fans. It’s a platform I genuinely enjoy being part of.

Glitches happen, but the way they handled it was fast, human, and genuinely helpful. Hopefully this reassures anyone else who runs into the same thing.

Unfortunately, we've just heard from Angel Comedy that they cannot proceed with tonight's livestream due to an act that cannot be streamed.

We know how frustrating this is but sadly it is outside of our control, and the line-up has only recently changed to include this act.

Thank you for understanding, and apologies again for those that have planned around this.
