Dan Wright, I have lived here for 22 years. My husband was a musician so we spent a lot of time at music events , pubs with music  etc. Sadly he died a few years ago , so my retirement has not been all I had hoped for.  Cornwall,is beautiful . Here on the North Coast its very rugged and wild. I live near Bodmin Moor, its very  wild up there. Access to comedy is improving, but like all rural areas  you need to travel to the events . A car is essential , public transport  nearly non existent.    Despite the advertising , it rains a lot.😂😂

Dan Wright, Comedic Entertainment put on great comedy.

We see their  shows in Launceston , which is closest to us. They have performances in Plymouth as well . There are sometimes shows in  Holdsworthy  but as far as I know , no comedy festival .  I love music and dancing as well. Its difficult to get Cornish people to venture out very far. We travel to Exeter to the comedy club .  Thats why Next Up, is such a boon.

Ian , I haven’t been to Edinburgh in years , but Next Up,is brilliant for the fringe . I live in Cornwall now, we have a local comedy club . But the Next Up,gang have become mates.

Sound was fine, I heard the planes but I,msure it was louder in the theatre. Mark was great as always. Looking forward to Nick Helm.

Karen Donald , sounds great Karen . I haven’t been to Edinburgh for years , but Next Up means I can watch loads of shows home in Cornwall. Mark Watson was brilliant tonight as always.,,

Stephen Young , we had lots of fun at Womad. Saw lots of friends , but it was hard work . Mads has been resting up since. Thank goodness for comedy on the sofa.

So excited , the fringe is back .

Brilliant , loved it last year when  a few of our Next Up gang appeared on the front row.
