I sent NextUp support an email yesterday and the answer I got was: Hi Gareth, I don't know why this has happened as I have checked your account and indeed you do have the lifetime membership discount attached. I will ask the content team about this though as it may be something to do with the stream itself rather than your account. I'll update you when I know more.

I've just come across the same problem. I've had my lifetime subscription for about a year. I'd be rather disappointed if there's another teir just for catching up with livestream.

Shows I've enjoyed on-demand: Bec Hill, Laura Lexx, Tony Law. However I mainly use the live streams or the live stream catch-up rather than the on demand content. I've enjoyed the Edinburgh fringe and Leicester content as well as the regular shows like the cCmedy Knockout or live from the Bill Murray. I've also enjoyed the comedy award shows you've streamed. I'd love to see more comedy streams from other clubs.

I found this really confusing. I have a lifetime NextUp account but the way it's listed about having access to 95% of livestream makes me feel like I'm missing out on some kind of extra service.
