Not everyone is on twitter I would have pivoted had I known - i t’s the lack of comms that’s so frustrating even as we were commenting no one from NextUp picked up on it . Totally understand that these things happen but no one else mentioned the twitter update either on the board. Emails don’t get answered for a week so that’s pointless too. Just tell us!
