Welcome to Ask a Comedian - our little corner of the NextUp community for getting closer to the people who do the mindblowing, and surprisingly full-on job of making people laugh. 🎭This channel is a place to drop questions for comedians about anything comedy. From writing and finding ideas, prep and pre-show routines, nerves and confidence, gigs that went great (and gigs that didn’t) to touring, crowd work, heckles, bombing, you name it! A few updates too...

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we are not streaming Larry Dean's full show, but he will still be watchable on the HUGE mixed bill show on the 23rd. Apologies for the change of plan. In the spare time slot, we have confirmed 'The Big Show' from The Monkey Barrel which will feature 5 top comedians.
