It is only available on some shows; using the app on a device like a tablet or mobile (not on the tv app). The download option is where you click 3 dots to the right of the title's heart like button. See screenshot

I've been indulging in Tony Law. He really needs more exposure - so many shows, an absolute genius and a gem.

I got into him from a Tony and Phil show at fringe, then his twitch streams got me through the pandemic.

So glad he is touring again
