Hi everyone, I just wanted to take a moment to apologise for the lack of communication about the delayed stream last night. We made an error on our side, which meant we didn't realise the stream wasn't live, until it launched soon after. We know people plan around these events, and we're sorry for the delay and how inconvenient it probably was. We've putting more fail-safes in place to help make sure this doesn't happen again.

Sadly, they won't be joining our Fringe streams after all, but there’s still a brilliant line-up waiting for you.

Hey @david,  We always aim to have a 'Fringe Rewind' in early September when most of the shows will be available, but it's hard to know which ones.

Apologies NextUppers for what happened on Friday night. Due to an error on NextUp's side, we didn't manage to stream one of the late additions to our Fringe line-up - one of the four Monkey Barrel 'Big Shows.' I know how annoying and frustrating that must have been for people who were expecting the show and made plans around it. We're really sorry for the inconvenience. 

It's a very rare occurrence for NextUp, and we have put additional measures in place to help ensure it doesn't happen again.

Hey anzidei - as a lifetime member you should have already received an email about getting a physical member card. Would it be possible please to email support@nextupcomedy.com with your details and we can add you to the batch for this campaign?

I'm not allowed to reveal the exact cost, but I know that our current annual pricing for new members is £80/year, and this lifetime membership will be less than the price of 4 years.
