Apologies Phil Little, we know its not ideal for many users such as yourself. Hopefully in the future we can justify bringing those apps back as they're both great platforms. I wish we had more flexability and didn't have to make such a tough choice. I really hope we can make it up to you with improved content

Hi Jason Heyd, sorry about this. We will of course be happy to offer a full refund via support.

thanks lizziebiolik, we appreciate that. It's good to know Chromecast is working well for you and you weren't effected.

Hey Phill, I'm sorry for the disapointment, I know its not ideal.

The FAQ link was indeed broken, here is the correct link:https://nextupcomedy.com/pages/download-nextup-apps

Chromecast doesn't require any additional registration if that helps, its in-built in many TVs, a bit like bluetooth.

If you need device specific help, please reach out to support@nextupcomedy.com and we can try our hardest to get you up and running.

Hi Rhys

I know a dedicated Apple TV would be ideal.

In case its helpful, with casting - you are able to minimise the app on your mobile and use other apps.

We are currently investigating if you can use the chat within the app whilst casting too.

Hi Gareth,

Happy to clarify yes:

Our Amazon Fire Stick and Roku apps will still be live.As will our Android Phone and iOS apps.

The only apps this effects is AndroidTV and AppleTV.

Hopefully the Roku app is still useful for you.
