I have a cosy 'Ask a Comedian' post for you to read tonight...🤩

We asked Esther Manito about a bit from her show ‘Crusade’ (go to the 15 minute mark to see what I'm talking about!)

Here are some of the questions we asked, enjoy! 

1. Is Neil actually this British in real life, or is this stage exaggeration?
He is so British. Honestly the most British man there ever was. I think he might be Dickens.

2. Does he know he’s now a recurring character in your shows?
Everyone I talk about knows they’re talked about and what’s said. It’s my love language!

3. Have his parents seen this bit?
Ummm…I’m not sure what bits they’ve seen. It will never be mentioned!

4. Is there anything else he does which highlights the cultural differences?
He loves custard. Something my Mediterranean side can’t process.

5. What’s a bit in the full show that people who’ve only seen this clip might not expect?
I don’t think people expect the clips…[including a brilliant interview with Australian politician, Stephanie Banister]

Definitely a show worth fully watching if you haven't yet! 🤭
