Exactly, it feels very disrespectful to me. It wouldn't take much to do it properly.
Start every stream at least ten minutes before the show starts with audio and video so everyone knows they actually work.
In the event of a cancellation leave the show in the calendar with - cancelled added to the end of the show title, so everyone isn't sat around wondering.
If there is a delay or cancellation send out notifications to everyone, again so we aren't sat around wondering what is going on.
They really test everyone's goodwill by treating us so poorly. It could very easily be done properly.

Kevin That's interesting, they used to do it properly then! I can hardly believe how badly they treat us, leaving everyone wondering what's happening for ages. Even just late starts mean hassle for everyone. It meant to be relaxing and enjoyable but they spoil it with the dreadful customer service.
