Absolutely, it's unnecessary for them to be so disrespectful. I emailed them about that last year and got a very generic 'we endeavour to appear to care about our members' basic reply. Evidently they don't care enough to show us much respect. I'm sure they will have lost quite a few members for this reason.

Karen Donald Yes, exactly! I don't think they realise how annoying it is and how disrespectful they seem by ignoring us all. It really wouldn't take much to put a message on here when there's a delay or cancellation.

Yes, nothing yet and no communication about delays or cancellation. It would be nice if they put a holding video on like they do sometimes rather than having to refresh it multiple times for ages.

Rich Dudley That's even worse! NextUp are terrible at communicating. I wish they would realise waiting around for a livestream that never starts is a terrible experience for members. Instead of comedy we get to feel annoyed.

This post says Fringe shows 12th - 25th August then they added a last minute show for yesterday 2nd August, which presumably a lot of people will have missed. Not very helpful.

No communication from Next Up again. Very poor.

Kevin That's interesting, they used to do it properly then! I can hardly believe how badly they treat us, leaving everyone wondering what's happening for ages. Even just late starts mean hassle for everyone. It meant to be relaxing and enjoyable but they spoil it with the dreadful customer service.
